The kitchen is painted!

If you read my last post you will see that we had the 70's amber glass framework removed  from between our kitchen and family room. This then led me into wanting to re-paint our kitchen which I did last weekend.

Photos tell the best story, so here goes!!

Below: This was the framework before it got knocked out

 Below: The framework gone

Below: Some before and after shots of the kitchen

That's painting done until I get the urge to do another room!!!

While going through photos I came across a few of our kitchen when we did some other minor changes a few years back....

Hope you have a great weekend....We are off to Melbourne early tomorrow morning for the weekend with friends. We plan to go to the football to see the Crows tomorrow night and then might have to do some retail therapy on Saturday!!

Great job on the painting. I don't like to paint my walls much, but I do love color on them:-)

Thanks for stopping by.

Dearest Annette,

Honestly, I like the white walled kitchen more as it gave it more height and a lot brighter space. But that's just my opinion...
You've done quite a job. Knocking out that glass part is such an improvement; it opens up your space so much. Especially since your ceilings are not that high.

Lots of love,

Mariette
