The hint of winter is in the air with much cooler nights and chilly mornings. Our large Claret Ash tree is working it's magic at the moment, with a beautiful show of coloured leaves.
I've been enjoying reading Monica McInerney's books. She is an Australian writer, originating from the Clare Valley. I'm currently reading her latest one 'At Home with the Templetons'.

Annette what a stunning tree the leaves are just such pretty colours.
Stunning Autumn colours, they seem to have been a bit slow in arriving this year, I'm only just noticing the changes in our area.
The autumn colours are really coming into their own now with the cooler weather.....I keep forgetting to take the camera on my morning walks.....by the time I remember the trees will be bare!
Hello Annette,
What beautiful colors!!! Here in Montana we are just going from grey and white to just a little green right now. I do have a few tulips though, which were a joy to see. Our Spring is just getting underway. Your Autumn looks to be very beautiful!
Hugs,
Annette

I don't think there is anything prettier than leaves that are turning in fall. We are heading into summer here so I'm enjoying your photos.
The best part of Autumn is the gorgeous leaves that we're seeing now. I love your huge tree, it looks like it is alight, it's fabulous!
